    unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items
    must be in original packaging and fully resalable.

  • Once
    approved, we’ll provide a prepaid returns label.
  • Return
    via tracked shipping within 14 days of approval.
  • Refunds
    processed within 5 business days after receiving & inspecting the item.
  • Refund
    issued to the original payment method (excluding delivery charges).
  • Inspect
    your items upon delivery.
  • Contact
    us immediately if you suspect damage or a fault.

  • Photo
    of the damaged packaging and product
  • Order
    number and item details
  • We'll
    arrange to repair, replace, or refund at no additional cost.
  • New
    items dispatched the same business day where possible.
  • Customisations
    (e.g., bespoke finishes, cut-to-length LED tape):
  • Non-returnable,
    except in cases of damage or product fault.
  • If
    issues with custom products arise, contact us ASAP for resolution.
  • For
    standard returns, we provide prepaid labels.
  • Unless
    faulty, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For
    damaged goods, we’ll collect the item or arrange courier pickup.
  • Refunds
    issued to the original payment source once the item is inspected.
  • Most
    refunds are processed within 5 business days, depending on
    provider.
  • Custom
    and bespoke products may incur restocking fees — we’ll disclose any fees
    upfront.

Returns (standard or damaged) do not apply if:

  • The
    product shows signs of misuse, installation faults, or damage
    post-delivery.
  • Non-faulty
    damaged items are returned without proper handling or packaging.
  • Faults
    arise due to installation mistakes (e.g., voltage mismatch, inappropriate
    application).
  • Third-party
    components are used that are incompatible with our systems.

    the product securely and drop off at designated courier.
  4. We’ll
    handle restocking, inspection, and refund process.
