While our products are built to last and warranty claimsarerare, we understand that issues can occasionally occur. If you believe a product has failed or is not functioning correctly, just give us a call or email us at enquiries@thelightinggallery.co.uk. Our team will first assist in diagnosing the issue remotely, and in some cases, we may request the item to
be returned for testing.

Exclusions – What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair, our guarantee does not cover failures due to:

• Incorrect installation
• Use of the wrong voltage or power supply (e.g., powering 12V lighting with a 24V driver)
• Faulty or incompatible wiring
• Use of third-party components not supplied by us
• Continued use after an issue is identified or unauthorised attempts to repair
• Exposure to excessive heat, vibration, or lack of ventilation
• Water damage (unless the product is IP-rated for such use)
• Environmental exposure such as salt air or corrosive chemicals

Please also note: natural fading of brightness or colour
shift over time in LED tape is considered normal and is not covered under
warranty. Additionally, up to 1% of LED chips not illuminating is within
tolerance and not considered a defect. Anything above this threshold is fully
covered.
